Update &CGT's

Question:

Hello to all! I lurk frequently, don’t seem to have much to say………. However – here goes an update for anyone interested. I fired my PCP in April and started seeing a Naturopath, I just got fed up with everything! Blood tests, CT’s, MRI’s, Neurologists, Gastroenterologists, Rheumatologists, and so on…….. Tossed my meds and took over for myself. Major diet changes! No wheat, no soy, no peanuts, no sugar, no dairy, no kiddin………… well that took some doing! I really have to pay attention to what I eat, but the palate has adapted. Added various supplements, vitamins and herbs, (my arsenal) some I can’t take at all, and it’s working. Between the arthritis, the IBD, the menopause, the fibro, Reynaud’s, the Lupus, the glaucoma, depression, and the hypertension……….. we are still tweaking a few things…….. BUT – my hair stopped falling out, my mouth sores have not returned in two months, the muscle spasms have nearly vanished, the "quakes" are gone, the IBD is way better, and I feel more like myself. I can think!!!  I still have some pain, still have some flares – but everything has been tremendously reduced in severity. Migraines and headaches are more unusual than being my norm! I then found another PCP, between the two doctors I feel like I finally hit pay dirt! I’ve lost twenty pounds, my skin and nails & hair are so nice now. Oh I have  definitely also focused on stress reduction (when possible)! Still have trouble with going places and some triggers, still have days when I feel like a useless blob, but instead of that being over all on a scale of one to ten I have dropped from a steady seven to nine, down to a four! Some days only a two! I consider myself a vessel of spun glass, handle with care and it will be a thing of beauty for years! I know I am not alone in having days of feeling so fragile that a touch could shatter……. I’ll hush now. blessings Leslie

Hi Leslie, How wonderful to hear that things have improved  for you. Is there any supplement that you can pinpoint as being the most helpful? Do you think it is more diet than anything else? I am wondering if there is anything I could take. It is interesting to hear that a naturopath has helped you that much. Great news. BJ-Sk. Canada "Chaos Hill" <mrsmu…@hotmail.com> wrote in message
