Question:

You are pretty much stuck with using logic. Stress affects everything in your body, negatively. Frank <eyeeyecapn@nononet> wrote in message

Research performed as a result of the AIDS epidemic suggests that mental attitudes have a distinct effect on the state of one’s immune system.  Stress can lower the T-cell count, for instance.  In that sense it could be said that illness is stress-related.  On the other hand, people who live perfectly stress-free lives still contract diseases.  My belief is that stress may not *cause* every illness, but it sure can contribute to the severity.         –Benedict
