Or, do they violate the law and sell to anyone off the street who claims to have a medical need for it? (In which case, they should not be allowed to operate, according to federal law). For instance, if I get in the mood to go out to CA and purchase some legally, how do I do it, and what do I need to take along with me as proof that I have MS? Also, wouldn’t it be illegal to transport it back to my home in Georgia? Am I restricted on how much I may purchase while in CA, according to my disorder? Can I be arrested at the door on my way out of one of these buyer’s clubs if I have any marijuana in my possession? Or will I have a receipt to prove that I am using it for medical reasons, which is now legal in CA. If the doctors aren’t allowed to prescribe it, how is it possible that the law that says that we can use it be supported? It’s almost like saying, anyone who wants to, can eat apples in this state, but you can’t grow them, you cannot bring them into the state with you, you can’t have them delivered to you for sale, but you still have our permission to eat apples. Duh…. how useless is that? Response:
kris, i havent an idea how much it costs via prescription, but i did have a friend in san francisco bring me some from the buyers club. the doseage depends on the quality of herb. some of the highend sensimillia is potent and very little gets the legs relaxed. homegrown is generally weaker and you smoke more. suz Shellfish Always spend a penny as if you were spending a dollar and always spend a dollar as ifyou were spending a wounded eagle and always spend a wounded eagle as if you were spending the very sky itself. r. brautigan

No doc will write anything. It is still against Federal Law and their licenses can be taken away if their name is on such a prescription and found by the enforcement agencies. I have a question that some Californians who are fortunate enough to have MS prescribed by doctors. What is the cost and unit quantity of what is prescribed? What does the prescription say as far as administering smoking the marijuana? Is it PRN or is there some consensus about dosage amunts? I asked this in a previous thread but never got any answers. I’m really interested in how the docs handle it out there. Thanks
