No, but it’s good for the dry skin common to diabetics and can help skin injuries heal.

Momma keeps some growing here in the house and is excellent for small burns… just breaks off a leaf and puts juice on the burn. Worth having a plant around and giving it a drink and some food sometimes. Cheers  :-)   Gary

Aloe has an almost miraculous effect on sunburn, for me.  Once I stayed in the sun way too long (one of my husband’s fishing things), and got so red on top of my knees.  I felt sick like sunsickness.  I didn’t have a commercial product so just used the juice in my plant, put it on once, and the next morning I couldn’t even tell I had been out in the sun.  But I have used commercial creams too and they work pretty well. You have posted on the wrong group. This is a diabetic group.   I grow my own and use it on burns. I never have found it of any use for diabetes. It may be counter indicated for use on diabetic sores.  Please do not post here unless you are very close to diabetes. It is not a commercials group. Advertising here provokes a strong negative response.                                         Guy
