Low Tension Glaucoma
Question:
Hi, i’m a 23 old italian boy, and i’ve got the necessity to know wathever is possible about low tension glaucoma and any possible treatment. I’ve visited The Glaucoma Foundation site, and read that there is no valuable treatment at this time. Is it true? Are there any news about this desease? Please, help me. Sorry for my bad english.

The hard part about Low-tension (also known as normal tension) glaucoma is that the pressures are already in a "normal" range! The Wills Eye Hospital has a marvelous site with lots of good information. Start at http://www.willsglaucoma.org/supportgroup/chat03222000.html and just look around the site in general. Don’t give up hope! You’ll do fine, I’m sure! Sherry
