Simon (possibly simple Simon)
Well uhhhhhhh. NO COMMENT hehe…. Love Anna
Response:
Perhaps I was a bit harsh. "David Jones" has not answered the inquisition though? If this character has truly suffered from all of the things that he reports then my heart goes out to him. Otherwise, My heart bleeds for all of the innocent people that read this shit!

By the way "uncontrollable shivering & teeth chattering" is not that rare when well stoned …ermm err so I,ve heard. After reading Bubba’s post I had another look at yours are you aware that you mention All these treatments: Seroxat, flupenthixol, Zileze, Daktacort, Lotriderm, Beconase, Co-Codamol, betahistine, Stemetil, Cyclizine, beta-blockers , alpha-blockers (zanax), Diazepam (valium), Prozac, amitriptyline, cannabis and Gingko Biloba All these symptoms ( most your own ): flu, nausea, aching muscles, sinus infection, sore throat, prickly heat, visual problems, dizziness, shortness of breath, heavy sweating, tingling, pins & needles, cold sweats, panic, feeling as if I was drowning , anxiety, social phobia, depression, lower back pain, Fatigue and feeling cold, aches in my arms and legs , diarrhoea, painful bowel movements, noisy bowels, excess stomach acid, Celiac disease, strong metallic taste in mouth, sensitive teeth, constricted arteries, psychotic behaviour, nervous exhaustion, upper respiratory tract infection, inner ear infection, inflamed lymph nodes, glaucoma, fungal infections, flaky scalp, dry flaky skin, rhinitis, tinnitus, vertigo, feeling of blocked ears, trouble hearing people and following a conversation, anxiety, I felt as if I was going to die when I was about to fall asleep, hallucinating, very confused, low blood pressure, urinary problems, sphincter problem, diabetes, thyroid problems, hypotension, Anaemia and back pain You said- a physio-therapist, who has given me various stretching excercises, but the main point she made regarding the back pain was that I should do sit-ups to strengthen my stomach muscles so that they can support my back. -Surely not sit ups for a bad back? Hope you start feeling better or get the info you are after. Simon Hi, I apologise for cross-posting this to so many groups, but I’m desperate for some help/advise and wouldn’t wish to miss any potential source. If respondees wish to create a new thread in the relevant group(s) when replying, then I’m sure everyone will be grateful. Background: I am a 30yr old male. I have suffered from anxiety / shyness / social phobia / depression since adolescence, but it has been bad enough to keep me off work for the last 8 years. During this time I have tried various anti-depressants, most of which seemed to make me so tired it was distressing, and so they were discontinued. The most useful thing I tried was flupenthixol in a low dose, which made me more outgoing and talkative which in a way was nice, but almost made me feel a bit out of control / manic. I understand this medicine which is an anti-psychotic, is contra-indicated in people prone to excitability which I can be. It’s also an anti-seizure drug, so I wonder if my brain is prone to mild seizure for whatever reason. I have also suffered lower back pain, which extends to the sides of my abdomen, for about the same length of time, which does affect me when sitting and lying in bed, but hurts the worst when I have to stand for 10 minutes or so, following which, sitting down is extremely painful and my back seems to spasm for a few minutes. Recently my GP sent me to a physio-therapist, who has given me various stretching excercises, but the main point she made regarding the back pain was that I should do sit-ups to strengthen my stomach muscles so that they can support my back. Fatigue and feeling cold are problems as well, and I also suffer from aches in my arms and legs (for example brushing my teeth or hair causes my arms to ache). My legs ache a lot, even when lying in bed (mainly centered around my lower leg/calves). I suppose this could be due to my lack of exercise, which I am trying to address (I have recently acquired a step machine, although I can only manage 2-3 minutes before my legs turn to jelly). Further, I have severe bowel problems, which mean I suffer from diarrhea if I eat fried food (IE chinese) and if I eat wheat products, such as bread or pizza, I suffer from very painful bowel movements for 2-3 days. Beer also causes a lot of discomfort and bowel problems the following day, but I can drink spirits quite happily (apart from being prone to depression for a few days following a heavy session). Further, certain foods seem to pass through somewhat undigested, for instance spinach or marrowfat peas will result in me producing greeny stools. I am now avoiding the mentioned troublesome items, and am waiting to have a gastroscopy in April / May (there was an eight month waiting list). My stomach / bowel also tends to be very noisy, and there is often an excess of stomach acid gurgling away, which causes a lot of nausea. I have recently found out that my Aunt has Celiac disease. In July 2000 I began a course of Seroxat (Paxil) anti-depressants on the advice of my psychiatrist. Around the same time I also had an amalgam filling drilled out and replaced with a white filling (It needed replacing). I have been concerned about my amalgam fillings for some time, and suffer from a strong metallic taste on the right hand side of my mouth. I had a checkup and tests done at a London teaching hospital, including urine and blood tests to check my mercury levels, which were both below the European limit. I also have some fluorosis, I guess from childhood, as I vaguely remember swallowing toothpaste sometimes to freshen my breath, and the water in my area is not fluoridated and I have used fluoride-free toothpaste for 2-3 years. At the moment, I am suffering strong pain on the lower right hand side of my mouth when I eat sweet stuff such as chocolate or cakes. I mentioned this to my dentist when I saw him just before Christmas, but he thought it was probably just sensitive teeth, although I thought this only occurred when taking hot or cold food or drink. The Seroxat did not agree with me and made me very irritable, and I felt I was going mad. For instance I found myself obsessing about my family dying in the future, and thinking that if I killed them now I wouldn’t have to worry about them dying. I obviously found these thoughts very distressing and so I stopped the Seroxat at the beginning of August 2000. The leaflet accompanying it only mentioned mild problems that might occur if it was stopped suddenly, and I felt these would be preferable to becoming psychotic. When I came off Seroxat I came down with heavy flu-like symptoms. I experienced dizziness (I felt constantly dizzy, as if the floor and the seats were wobbling), nausea, shortness of breath, heavy sweating, prickly heat / tingling / pins & needles in my limbs, aching muscles, sore throat, sinus infection (pressure in sinus’ & head). I suffered visual problems which made it impossible to use a computer and hard to watch TV. This reminded me of times when I had flu, and my eyes felt bleary and the brightness of the TV hurt my eyes. Each night I had cold

Although I went to Hospital several times due to feeling like I was about to collapse, and also because I was unable to sleep for days on end which was causing nervous exhaustion, the only suggestions I was given was that I had an upper respiratory tract infection, inner ear infection and inflamed lymph nodes. I was put on Zileze (Zopiclone) in March 2001 for a while, which was a godsend as I got some much needed sleep. Additionally, I suffered recurrent fungal infections, for which I used Daktacort and then Lotriderm. This did clear it up, but the infection would keep returning. I last suffered from this about 6 years ago. This has now been clear for some time, but I am currently suffering from a flaky scalp and dry flaky skin on my eyebrows. I also suffer from rhinitis (runny nose & watery eyes when outdoors) for which I am using Beconase. (which I believe can cause glaucoma). Since August 2000, I have been unable to swallow normal size pills such as Co-Codamol, as they tend to get stuck in my throat and sit there dissolving for some time which feels very unpleasant. The only way I can dislodge them is to drink something hot, which brings the tablet up. As a result, my Doctor provided me with a prescription for effervescent Co-Codamol. I still often suffer from what feels like a tightening/lump in

Although I went to Hospital several times due to feeling like I was about to collapse, and also because I was unable to sleep for days on end which was causing nervous exhaustion, the only suggestions I was given was that I had an upper respiratory tract infection, inner ear infection and inflamed lymph nodes. I still often suffer from what feels like a tightening/lump in my throat which is normally accompanied by tightness/pressure in my sinuses. I saw an ENT consultant in February 2001 to ask about my tight throat, tinnitus & vertigo. I had a hearing test and he examined my throat by putting some sort of camera up my nose. I returned for a follow up in June when I saw a different consultant, who told me that my previous hearing test had shown a dip, but the current
